Help

If you need help, there are two ways to reach me.

1) If you are in Australia, give me (Rich) a call at 0498 277 950.  If I miss your call I'll get back to you ASAP.

2) Use the contact form. This is preferred and I check messages frequently, 7 days a week. I'll get back to you within a few hours.

Shipping

I ship 6 days a week. On Sundays it's pointless because nothing goes anywhere.  Instead we'll pack your order and have it ready to go out Monday morning.  Once your order is shipped, I'll send you an email with a tracking number.  We use a few different shipping companies depending on your order.

International Shipping

In general, we don't ship overseas however, if you see something you really want and you live outside of Australia, use the contact form to get in touch and we'll work something out.  Shipping out of Australia is very expensive, hence our reluctance.

Our Money Back Guarantee

If your book doesn't meet expectations, simply return it for a full refund within 30 days.  I'll even reimburse your return postage.  I want you to love your book and if you don't, we both lose. Let's not let that happen.

Privacy Policy

We will never share your information with anyone except as needed to process your order.  For example, we need to use your information for shipping so we share it with the appropriate shipping partner.  We'll never abuse your trust in us.
