This book is in more or less mostly good condition. I say that because while the pages are clean and bright, the outer edge of the book has age spots. This does not affect the reading experience, it is just something you should know about before you buy the book.
This is actually a quite interesting book. It has advice about how to talk to people from all walks of life from bird watchers to military personnel, cat owners, and so on. I sort of wish I could keep this one but no, I'm a book seller and sacrifices must be made.

Now she details the most appropriate, provocative and specific questions to ask in order to effectively communicate. Alphabetized by category, it's as easy as looking up the definition of a word.
