Seventy years after the end of World War II, Juan Cabrillo and the crew of the Oregon are thrust into their most dangerous mission yet—one that could ignite a war across all of Asia. What begins as a hunt for a lost art collection worth half a billion dollars leads them straight to Salvador Locsin, a brutal Filipino rebel leader with far deadlier ambitions.
